WHAT IT IS
This application is designed to help motivate you to exercise. It will help you set exercise goals and let you reach them at your own pace. What it does not do is count your calories or give you guilt trips about how much weight you are losing or not losing. This application just helps you get into a regular exercise routine. Destination Exercise helps add some excitement, fun and real accomplishments to your exercise program. This application helps you appreciate all the good that regular exercise adds to your life, regardless of whether you are trying to lose weight or not.
HOW IT WORKS
You will bike, run, hike, walk or swim as you always have on and in your local trails or pools. However, all your exercise miles are applied to a longer and more adventurous challenge you create. Watch your map progress to your chosen destination.
